Solution:
In concert with the Business Objects team, Transit
ID identified the areas of concern and determined that
an automated email application would allow Business Objects
to streamline the process of seminar enrollment and seminar
notification around the world based on criteria entered
by participants.
Business Objects events calendar was
then connected to the database and graphical emails were
scheduled for delivery to customers 2 weeks prior to each
event. The text describing the event was imported from
the calendar database and merged with the customer profiles.
