3. Develop
In Development we use the Design deliverables to construct the functional product and realize the user experience. Here we integrate the content document, visual and technology components. Through a series of progress checkpoints we track the project towards Deployment.

Process:
• Design Technical Logic
• Produce Supporting Graphics
• Develop HTML Templates, CSS (code)
• Produce All Screens
• Integrate Content
• Develop Supporting Code for Back-end systems

Exit Criteria:
• The solution has been checked to specifications and has undergone a preliminary QA process.
